Things To Know

20% gratuity is required on all charters paid directly to your captain on the day of your charter. Your captain will accept Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, and cash. If none of those are possible we can charge the card on file.

Rules

If someone in your party gets too intoxicated and does not stop after being cut off by the captain, your trip is over. No refunds will be given.

  • No jello shots, No Glitter, No Silly String
  • NO SMOKING on the boat, you can however smoke on Lily Pad. If you do there is a minimum of a $500 dollar replacement fee for anything you burn.
  • Must be at least 21 to consume alcohol on the boat. If we find out you have been drinking underage the trip is over, and we will return to the marina. No refunds will be given.
  • A cleaning fee of $300 may be charged if you trash your boat.
  • Any body fluids that end up in the boat will also be charged a $300 dollar cleaning fee.

Please arrive early for your trip, the time you book is the time you get. We have 2 charters a day on all of our boats and will be unable to extend your trip due to showing up late. Please try and get to the marina at least 20 minutes before your departure time.

Your time slot is your time, if you are late it comes out of your time on the water and we don’t want that!

What Can We Drink?

  • NO GLASS BEER BOTTLES PLEASE.
  • Glass liquor bottles, yes.
  • Glass champagne bottles, yes.
  • No jello shots.
  • Ice and water are not provided please stop on the way and get 2-3 10-pound bags of ice. We recommend stopping at this Shamrock.
  • Bottled water.

What Can We Eat?

  • Food is fine to bring on the boat.
  • We do not BBQ.
  • $300 dollar cleaning fee may be charged if the boat is left dirty.
  • NO FOOD FIGHTS! If you do your charter is over and no refunds will be given.
  • We always recommend the Oasis Restaurant for after your charter. It’s truly the best views in Austin, with pretty good food and drinks (not amazing, just pretty good but views make up for it!). It’s about 3 minutes out of your way from Paradise Cove back to downtown Austin.

What Should We Bring?

  • Skin protection. If you forget your captain will have extra for you onboard.
  • We do have a large cooler without ice. Transporting heavy coolers from your car to the boat and back can be difficult. We highly recommend you bring ice and use ours.
  • Please note that this is a 4-hour charter, and bringing an excessive amount of belongings will result in a shorter trip as your driver will have to budget more time at the dock for loading and unloading.
  • PLAYLIST! Our sound system is very loud and very awesome, so come prepared with a playlist! Guys, please bring female-friendly music if you would like to tie up with other boats.
  • Swim attire, sandals, shirt. There are plenty of private changing areas onboard as well as safe storage for anything you have of value.
  • We provide you with a large cooler, just make sure to bring ice.
  • Floaties and bride squad/bachelor party swag are popular. We do have a pump on board.

How Do We Get There?

  • We pick up and drop off groups at Paradise Cove Marina only!
  • There are plenty of Uber and Lyft options available, or we do recommend Austin Party Bus as they have plenty of options and have been in business for over 10 years.
  • Parking is $20 dollars for a bus, $15 dollars for a car.
  • There is plenty of parking as well as Lyft and Uber are readily available.

What About Bad Weather?

  • Cancellations due to severe weather are only determined on the day of your rental.
  • We do not cancel due to weather forecasts as they are not reliable here in Austin.
  • If it is unsafe to go out on the day of your rental a full refund will be given.
  • Our recommendation is to come down to the dock and hope for the best. We have had some great boat parties in the rain, and we can still tie up with other boats!
